There are no descriptions for any buildings. Is there any benefit to building the cheaper ones such as variety?

Doesn't really seem to take in thought process at all. Buy building, buy new building, get more money, rinse repeat.
Perhaps explain what buildings do... why they cost different amounts, why would I put a hospital... stuff like that.
