guild leader been offline for 20 days now we asked a lot of the times if the admins could kick him out. the first reply was when he will be 15 days afk then we will kick him. when the 15th day came to pass they told us we have to wait because they are implementing a patch in the game where you could majority vote kick the guild leader. but till now still no patch. and also we are still stuck with the guild leader that quit the game.
a few of our guild members tried to talk to support about it but get a crappy reply that we have to wait. and we all put to much effort into getting this guild to #1 to just put it down and make a new one. because when we start a new one we will lose almost all the progress we made with the current guild. i hope by posting it here for everyone to see the support will actually start doing something about this.

Yikes, another one of these? Why do people still try to make these? They die out so fast.

Developers like this never learn so let me give some advice.
I hate these games that start by shoveling you forced-click knowledge all at once, and give you too much of it before letting you actually do things on your own and practice what you learn.
Why even show the city and bombbard the player with buttons before letting them become invested in the game? Introduce the combat system. Let players figure that out then maybe inventory, or skills, and such. When they are ready, have a place to go on their own accord to learn the next part of the game. Don't force feed the whole manual before doing anything else.
Also, people don't pay for your real money before they become invested. How about holding off flashing your "pay us" buttons until the players have a chance to understand and play with the other core elements of the interface.
