Not 100% certain, but I am pretty certain that this game is a ripped game with altered graphics.
I remember a pool game like this from years and years ago, with the EXACT same layout and game play.

slow the balls waaaaay down. feels like the cushion is made out of marble, so fix that and put an aimer on that beast and this might be halfway decent
