When a guy flees in multiplayer he should get a loss and you should get your reward, however this could get exploited if someone used to accounts but a solution to that could come later.
)
Actually, the reward is based on the progress of the battle, if they give up at a later stage you should get a reward. They will get a loss after the next upcoming patch too!

Suggestions: Bossfights need to occur at the end of 2 galaxies. Humans need a tiny buff, not too much though.
