「Billy Suicide」ではビリーを1日生き延びさせるのが目標でしたが、「Billy Genocide」ではサバイバルが目的です。横スクロールのアクションホラーゲームで、ビリーを郊外まで導き、ジェノサイドの秘密を解き明かそう。
遊び方
右矢印 - 進む。左矢印 - 戻る。スペースバー - 攻撃。その他の操作はゲーム内で説明。-ヒント- 二歩進んで一歩下がる。

This game is fantastic. My one and only critique so far, is that the screen showing while 'BloodLust' is activated is slightly distracting. I would personally prefer it be a tad bit more subtle. Perhaps similar to how in The Witcher when Geralt is experiencing a high level of blood poison, you can hear his heart beat and see a bit of red vein on the screen as if through his eyes.
