I would suggest adjusting your ball acceleration factors and top end, as well as giving users the ability to use a more classic control system, the keyboard, the mouse controls are occasionally difficult to use. Overall, the UI seems to be put together well.

Well, it's pong, that's for sure. Unfortunately the original Pong was an extremely simple game compared to today, and it reflects here. There's no real compulsion to actually play the game beyond making you're own goal of winning against X difficulty an X amount of times. While the game itself is put together fine, there's nothing that would drive me to play it more than ten minutes, tops. I also agree with all the things godstrong said, and maybe throw in some multiplayer too?
