Easyier when you understand monsters don't kill you if you walk through them, just their bullets or spikes.

To get this badge, you don't need to be pixel perfect on every frame. Just play it a couple times and remember the best route. And do a deathless run. Sort of like how to get the hard on Robot Wants Kitty. The controls in this game are actually better.
