説明
発電所、水塔、農場、住宅、オフィス、研究所などを建設して都市を発展させるシミュレーションゲーム。50種類以上の技術を研究して、さらに素晴らしい都市を目指そう。
遊び方
都市をクリック。空きスペースをクリックして建物一覧を表示し、建物を選んで建設。W, A, S, Dキーで都市マップ移動。Mキーで目標確認・ゲーム一時停止。「RP消費」ボタンで技術一覧を開き、研究ポイントが十分なら技術を習得。シナリオモードの目標（2025年までに達成）：総人口35万人以上、月収9万ドル以上、月間RP700以上、全都市の汚染レベルが低または非常に低。

Good game. I would be nice if it would just tell me I've won once I meet the conditions. Kind of boring to sit there at max speed watching my money and rp rising.

as long as you can make it to the singularity, you are pretty much set up for the rest of the game.
