This is the first game I’ve ever made, and its for a college project, so be nice :D
I need feedback, as it is also part of the project.

left arrow key = move left

I love platformers, and this is a great start. Take it and run! I agree with the jump physics, they are a little weird, but my biggest issue was the lack of solid walls. Run into a wall, and it jumps you all the way up to the top of it. Made things pretty funny actually. Then you could also use a death spot at the bottom of your map, cause I fell and had to reload to finish it. Overall, great first attempt, go to it.

ok feedback -
first of all what is the purpose of the game? it cant really be considered a game until it has a goal to achiev
secondly try to sort out the physics so that when you jump you also land not just float/hover
