It's obviously a serious attempt, so I'll give it some constructive criticism. First of all, the game needs some context, such as a story. I would love to hear why there are people and fish falling from the sky, and you could probably come up with a clever reason. The area where you can click to shoot has to either be the whole area, or a marked area. I often found myself clicking outside it and not firing. Another aspect of the game that really needs modification is its scope and length. Thirty shots is not really enough for a good game. It would be pretty easy to modify the game to make the levels continue on forever, randomly spawning enemies/debris at increasing rates. This could be compounded by making different types of enemies, not just in appearance, like you have, but health for example. Although not necessary, it would be very cool to also put in some kind of upgrade system, either with money from kills or points from leveling up.
