Where gambling is illegal in Japan, Pachinko provides a loophole wherein winners can legally sell their token winnings to "token shops" that "buy" their winnings for cash.

That's a very long load time for a slow, unimpressive game.

This would be way more fun if it were more like real pachinko and had a gambling element to it.
