I can understand you're a new designer, but you should at least try and make more of a plan. Here's some useful advice:
Never use rainbow-fill circles. They look rubbish.
Try and make it look good. A scribble saying "The J00 Game" isn't good.
The buttons are horrible. Try typing gel buttons on flash for an interesting effect. 0/5 if givable, as you need more content, at least 10 levels for a short version of this game, and more work needs to be put on the graphical side.
