on some levels the correct answer to the first question does not appear and you run out of time because of it. it seems random because replaying the level usually goes right. (it also happens on later waves in a level but there it might be that not enough time was left, though waiting more than 10 seconds for the right answer seems quite long)
Hi there, thank you for reporting it. There is a bug where sometimes a ball comes in late, we will release a fix for it in the next update.

the game isn't loaded on firefox (regardless of adblock). it's ok on edge and chrome.
Thanks for your feedback. I just downloaded latest version of Firefox and tried it, seems to load for me.
