I was even more wrong, it's even more confusing than my last message. It's any direction of an arrow that the red line crosses. Holy crap is that clue horribly confusing.

Arrow clue tripped me up, had to look up the walkthrough. I went in order of the arrow points but you have to look at the whole arrow line from beginning to point. So where the red line starts, that's that beginning of the first arrow.
