Keep your upgrades balanced!
For stamina: The exhaustion for the player only depends on the gap to his aiming skills. There is no direct comparison to the opponents stamina.
If you throw better (and with more power) you need more stamina for a match.

It would be fun to see the enemys "live" stamina + nervousness.

The idea is good - but game needs super high speed, compared to the 3 settings right now.

Not being able to downgrade the difficulty makes the game way harder than it needs to be to complete. Also after a while you simply stop winning competitions altogether because you start being promoted before you beat the previous tier. Giving players a bit more control might be warranted.

My stats: 66-66-66-66, opponents: 261-289-277-273. I think league promotion is a bit too fast.
