(SPOILER ALERT) here are all golden skull locations! in level 14 drop the bomb using the button activate the bomb then drag it to the bottom right corner in level 18 open the menu (you will see a green card thing) and drag the man to the left until he is put on the area in the menu then you will see the skull in the menu in level 26 activate the skull on the left first THEN activate the skull on the right then activate the upper skull in level 32 make the magnet over the pit then activate the magnet wait a while and a statue will appear in level 34 dont kill the two monsters instead let them pass through the exit in level 39 first drop the fire man in the portal on the right he should burn the spikes THEN drop the spikey on the foot while it is going upwards switch to the other teleporter the bubble should pop then click the spikey so he doesn't hurt the man then let the man drop through the hole and get the golden skull +so all can see!

A lot of people says that the finger on LVL 30 doesn't work. That's because vampire's don't like fingers, they like what's IN the finger.
[Answer]
Cut the finger on the spikes to make it bleed, so you can feed the blood to the vampire.
