Really, I'm just playing until I can get all the circles going fast enough that they stay solid. Once that happens, I can go home happy.

Promotion Details:
Top Left- Affects the multiplier gained per lap. Originally it starts at .01/lap. Should be promoted as soon as you get the promotion option
Top Right- Affects how much speed up you get per upgrade. I.E. red starts at .06 per upgrade but top right x2 would give you .12 per upgrade. Should be the second promotion you target.
Bottom Right- Increases the amount of speed before ascension. Also increases ascension bonus based on formula 10^(MAPA/100). Should be your 3rd foucs
Bottom Left- Self explanatory. Increases the rate at which you gain prestige. Should be your 4th promotion.
Then pretty much just go in a loop. The only exact value is to promote top left ASAP.

THe percentage display in the middle of the circles becomes irrelevant really quickly. Ditch it. Also, use a mono-spaced font so that the other stats aren't moving constantly.
