설명

A game about gift, debt, egalitarian and hierarchical societal modes.

Inspired by an Intro to Cultural Anthropology class.

It's pretty brief. Just play around a little :)

wow, i really didnt expect a reply to that, thankyou. i did try that but it only allowed me to get four in each property, and then i would gain huge amounts in the one property but it was vstill not enough :/ not that i mind particularly i can see gameplay was not the point. while i dont really get the full meaning of what you are trying to say that doesnt surprise me because im only 15, but still im glad that people are making games with a meaning because i think that there is no reason that in a few generations people will not be playing games as school work and looking at them analytically. thanks again, suffy

well im a bit confused, i have the whole map under my control, why hasnt it a) ended or b) allowed me to gain more wealth, the high scores are 100 or so more then me, is it just luck?

The score is representative of the total number of goods accumulated over all property owned. There is a maximum value that can be reached by boring re-allocation of goods (to avoid losing them in the winter). It hasn't ended because this game was mostly an artistic expression/argument, and I chose to not have a win state for the sake of making a point.

You're supposed to put other farms in enough debt to claim their farm or something. I think the moral of the story is that poor people are stupid and deserve it.

@Eniri: The point of a game is not the same thing as the goal of a game, and this particular game purposefully has no goals nor win conditions. You are reading it wrong, and that could be my fault.

The noise is unbelievably annoying.
