The graphics are taking me back to the CGA days. That said, there doesn't seem to be an actual game here.

This game is quite interesting even though not very developed in it's story, since the author ran out of ideas xd. I bet you will be able to make much better games in the future, since you did such a good job in your first one! Good luck!

Flickering arrow should probably appear only after giving coffee to receptionist. Other than that, it seems promising start for game.
