the game does not even let you move around or shoot and clicking to try again does not work

Sorry about that. I've tested with the latest versions of Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. Clicking not working is a known issue of the Game Maker Studio HTML5 exporter in Firefox. As it is a Game Maker Studio issue, I can't do anything about it unless Game Maker is fixed. In the meantime, it works fine in both Internet Explorer and Chrome.
