Flash End-of-Life, Ruffle Integration!
This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. Please note: If you are using Ruffle, badges will not work normally. In order to earn a badge in a Flash game, you will need to complete the badge, then submit a screenshot (showing both proof of completion and your username) as a missing badge report using the report missing achievement option. A city simulation game where you must build power plants, water towers, farms, houses, offices, research labs and other things. Over 50 technologies can be researched to make your cities even better.
플레이 방법
Click on a city. Click on a space to view buildings, then click a building to build it.
W, A, S, D keys to move city map.
M key to view goals, pause game.
Click on "Spend RP" button to view technologies, and click on one to learn it when you have enough Research Points.
The goals in scenario mode that must be reached by 2025 are:
Total population >= 350,000
Total Income/month >= $90,000
Total RP/month >=700
All cities with Low or Very Low pollution

Good game. I would be nice if it would just tell me I've won once I meet the conditions. Kind of boring to sit there at max speed watching my money and rp rising.

as long as you can make it to the singularity, you are pretty much set up for the rest of the game.
