Changes:
- improved chance to blow out a candle
- now the made it! score are shown in the highscore list
- fix a bug which prevented to score a candle blow out, if clickted on the blow out animation
- removed the annoying Shoutbox confirmation window when you made it

You should make it so that everytime u blow the candle out the wait between idle punches is slightly decreeased
