This game runs on Adobe Flash. Effective Jan. 2021, Adobe began blocking its flash player's use everywhere. Kongregate is now partnering with Ruffle to make some of our Flash content playable again. The Islamic extremist group ISIS has seized large sections of Syria and Iraq. In this game, you play the role of the Shia led Iraqi government that is fighting ISIS. To defeat ISIS, you must manage an unlikely alliance of America, Iran, various Shia militias, Sunni Arab tribes and Kurds. American support for another Mideast war is limited. The Iranians, Shia militias, Kurds and Sunni tribes all have their own agendas, and rarely follow your orders.
