OK I really feel stupid since I can now restart a level at any time. Not sure why it changed but, glad it did. 4/5. The lag is still annoying.

Also, if you're going to have the helicopters and planes move, expect people to be ticked when they can't hit the stupid things.

Aiming is literally hit or miss, which is kinda bad.
And I keep getting odd glitches where my shots don't explode, they just skid across the ground and never blow up.

I really don't know what to think about this game. I mean, it's buggy as all hell, but I've never been able to use a tactical nuclear weapon in real time combat before. Fun ! ;-)
