- Fix bug: Players are immediately directed to “Game Over” page after selecting a level. This happens when a player failed to complete a level.
- Fix bug: Scores are overwritten when players failed to complete a level.

@baoding- The most serious bug, i think, is that sometimes no card is presented at all and the user is almost immediately redirected to the "game over" screen. This is definitively reproducible although i'm not sure how to do so. I also encountered a strange issue where a level is not validated if the user clicks "menu" while the scoring is "computed". Also Ghostery prevents the game to load correctly (and, no, while i have no g+ nor fb account i don't want them to track me).

I used to know a little bit of japanese years ago and i find this falshcard system enjoyable. I only "played" level one but so far i think it has some potential although there are still bugs to sort out and stability issues to address. I'm usually not a big fan of flashcards but i oddly like this one.
