i really struggle with the controls, but it actually is quite fun ^^

Ermm - not to quibble but if we're using the mouse to aim - why on EARTH is ctrl and not left click used for fire. As it stands it works out to being one of the most awkward control sets I've ever used in my life, unless you forgo mouse aiming entirely and just try to swing around with the arrows to move. Makes no sense here.

The controls are really difficult, I don't think I've played any game that uses control to fire. The game itself is pretty great, but it'd be nice if there was an arrow pointing us where we're meant to go, I keep getting lost.

Agree with other opinions that the controls are a little clumsy. Apart from that - quite nice! Totally revived my memories of good ol' Doom. Why don't you change things around to shoot with the mouse or (since the arrow keys work as well) add shift-left/right for strafing and forget the mouse altogether (same controls as in Doom and Quake).

Excellent game, except as Irasfel said, you would need 3 hands to control the character and do the mouse aiming. You should give more functionality to the mouse, and minimize the keys needed. But great 3D game. Reminiscent of Doom and Quake.
