there's really no need to punish you for losing by making you go back a level. That's kind of a new one.
thanks for your comment. i've had a lot of good feedback about that feature. It reduces the chance of you being lucky all the way through, forcing you to practise levels that you may have fluked your way through the first time :)

Yes, until level 19 it's easy.
