News 5 [03/01/2011]: New update that fixes the freeze bug when looking at objectives window. If you get additional freeze bugs we really appreciate detailed feedback of what happened before the freeze. Happy new year!

The soviet vodka makes the russians WAAAAY TOO OVERPOWERED

This game has a lot of potential but the Soviet tanks are just way too overpowered. This coupled with their seemingly endless production of tanks makes it awfully unbalanced (yes i tried seizing most of their territories to see, especially the rich area around the Caucasus mts. in the SE). Good atmosphere and light humor though. The mechanics aside of the battles are promising as well. I would definitely like to see more improvement on this game :D

Russians are Too Strong! Come on! The Germans had success in the beginning but were stopped by bad weather and then a strong enemy.

This game has a potential, however it lacks some logic and historical facts.
1. Germany controlled most of the Europe by the time they attacked Russia.
2. Finland and Romania (transylvaniya and bucharest) were allies of Germany, so therefore the armies in those areas should be under German control
3. In this game Russia from the begginning has a larger army than Germans, which incorrect, Germans at the begginning had a larger army than Russia. Also, Russia had very few tanks and a lot of infantry. In this game, it's the opposite.
4. Germans also had a slight advantage in air support in the first days of war
5 Baltic Sea was not under Russian control. It was neutral between Germany, Sweden and Russia.
But, overall, i am pleased with this game. I wish there would be more such games on kongregate
