The hare sleeping is a bad idea. Generally speaking taking control away from the player is a bad idea. It is also frustrating that running into any obstacle will force you to sleep the whole duration, regardless of how much of that red meter you had left.

unique concept, but while the hare is sleeping, you have nothing to do but wait
