more than stars look for the * * * * they sometimes seem to "glow like a star". One was on the girls breast.

On the plus side, there are some decent anime/manga styled pictures, easily wallpaper quality if they were bigger. On the minus side, the "stars" you are hunting for are better described as "small visual distortions that may or may not bear any resemblance to actual stars." There's also not much in the way of reward for completing a level.
