I might like it better if mass producing the four smallest units wasn't the easiest way to win. Hit numbers 1-4 like mad and the game is over before you know it.

Reminds me a lot of the Epic War series. I would like it if you provided the player with more data. It would be nice to have useful information about the various helicopter types and what each upgrade actually does. It would also be nice to have some control over your units. Often the enemy tower would have only several hundred HPs left and all twelve of my units would be chasing around a single enemy unit. A strategy game without data and unit control is often frustrating.

The lack of direct control would be tolerable if your units knew how to target enemies on their own, instead of just flying around and shooting at things which aren't there until they get killed.

As it stands, this is mind-numbingly dull. The only reason the game is winnable is because your death ray is such a huge advantage over the opponent. Your units alone aren't much use.
