This game is quite relaxing, and it's just nice to see all the nice designs and coloration of what can be done. If you had a sandbox mode, where you have the ability to place any blocks (Such as star spawners, and the move blocks), that would be quite fun. But for what you've got, it's still deserving of a 5/5. Good job.
This is a good idea and I tried it at first, but the bigger the map the slower the game. The game is very CPU intensive, because it calculates blur few times per second. It can be done with a huge map, but without glowing effect

For everyone wondering about the music: The song is a nameless piece by the band "youmaybe". You can find a link to their MySpace page at the top of the main menu in the game. youmaybe also has a YouTube account with a video of the piano player playing a different song from an earlier Waterfalls game. She left a comment there saying the song for this game was nameless, but it sounds like she's also willing to give people the Waterfalls 3 song if you contact her, as she did for another random person.
