With mouse and keyboard:
- Arrow keys or WASD to move the spaceship
- Move the mouse around to aim
- Hold the left-mouse button to fire
With Xbox 360 controller:
- Left stick to move the ship
- Right stick to aim and fire

This was actually interesting once you started introducing extra features into the game. You really write "Look out for the little cool bonuses in game", or something like that into your description (although you possibly could word it better).
