I like spot the difference, but this was just odd. Some of the text seemed cut off in spots. It was hard to tell the characters apart. And the visual mood was all wrong for Oedipus -- all goofy and childlike. Plus I did find all the differences but I got no dance. 2/5.

Many of the differences are far, FAR too subtle. There is a difference between a nice and challenging find the difference game, and one that is just insultingly challenging. This is made all the worse by the monochrome graphics, so these insanely small differences become harder and harder to find in a sea of black.

I like the "spot the difference" genre and i liked this game as well. The theme is original, and despite what lots of people say, the artwork is really great. The black and white feature makes it unique for this type of games. The difficulty is only also correctly balanced: neither too difficult nor too easy. The only downside i see is the music being perhaps just a little bit too much on the gloomy side and too repetitive (granted it somehow matches the theme).

I am surprised by the low rating of this game. I am not a big 'spot the difference' person but I enjoyed this game. I suspect that perhaps the younger audience does not appreciate the black and white theme or it is simply less appealing to those who regularly play spot the difference. Whilst there was a definite style to the differences I did not find them overly hard or simple. All in all a decent game with a nice original presentation; clearly not for everyone though.
