Let me sum it up: no 2x speed, you have to pick up coins, no stats on towers or upgrades, no indicator which level your towers currently have. Two of those problems (coins, level indicator) are new, and were fine in its predecessors.

Coin picking up is completely awful, once you click a tower you can't deselect it, there is no restart button to replay a level and the gameplay is no different than your other penguin td games except the look is slightly different. It just gets boring and tedious to play after a couple of levels.
