The more cards you have in Kongai, the better, as you can explore different combinations of characters and items, and refine strategy versus different decks. There are two ways of earning more cards.
Item Groups
The color of a card indicates which group it belongs to. Most items can only be equipped to a character from the same group. However there are a few universal items; those are a light grey color. Blood Vial can only be used by Vampires.
Item Effects
Items generally apply a buff (a positive effect) on you, or a debuff (negative effect) on your opponent. Items are always active while the character possessing the item is in combat.
Combat Abilities
Each character has four attacks or abilities from which a player can choose during combat. Mouseover the numbers to view details for each.
