Interesting idea.
A few bugs:
After dieing, you have no chance to get away. If you hit a large cluster of ghosts, you can lose all 3 of your lives at once.
If you grab a big dot while the ghosts are flashing white, the white ghosts will remain white until off screen.
Suggestions:
Upgrades! Everyone loves upgrades. Maybe a gun/lazer? or make pac-man move faster? Let us spend our score/points! :D
A few seconds of invincibility after losing a life.
Random really big ghosts? xD

its a good spin on an old topic. i was happy with the game play. as others have said, a few upgrades, some bonus points(fruit), differents speeds on the ghosts, a few seconds of god mode after death, adns oem power ups mid level. somehting like all big dots or all dots come to you or even all ghosts for 10 seconds(with out big dot) blue. even with the distance it has to go, and with how well you did on the game as it stands, 4/5. very good.

Pretty good game! I will have to agree with Alacron that upgrades would be good. However, lasers in a pacman game? I would say keep making small changes to this game (make sure all bugs are fixed, add the invincibility after dying, etc).
Once you get better I say go for a completely new game. Same concept, just not pacman. Because, you know you're always gonna get those people that say "what the hell? this isnt pac-man, you suck! 1/5" - and, those people just fail.
