The game's screen is HUGE! It might be better to play on half the resolution so I can see what's going on in the menu's. It's also frighteningly slow on the menu's. Lastly, when entering your name, backspace puts you back on the main menu - this goes against intuitive design (it surprised me majorly).
You can press shift to backspace in the name entry - not intuitive, I know, but the backspace event is set up like that for the android port _ I will look into revamping the name entry to be more keyboard-friendly in the future. As for the resolution - use Control+mouse wheel or Control and the - key to zoom out your browser window and fit it all in one screen. I am looking in to having the resolution be customizable or detect your screen's resolution, but that feature may take a while. Regarding the menus being slow - are you using Chrome or Firefox? It runs pretty well for me in Chrome. Thanks so much for your feedback! EDIT: I've changed the resolution to 640x448 down from the 1280x900 it was! I still need to look into making the name entry work a little better on the PC version, though - probably need some flashing tutorial text in the main menus just so people don't need to read the instructions/keybinds elsewhere.

Ha, great that you told us we could skip through levels with +/- keys. I lost all my lives and hit + to skip to the next level... went into sudden death mode (with not sudden death music)! I kept dying and hitting the +/- to skip through levels until I got another life token... Then the next time I died, I respawned with full hearts like you normally would when you die and use a token. :)
These debug cheats won't last forever so enjoy them while they are there ;) I'm going to add a console eventually to enable cheats - will help immensely with the testing process. Thanks for playing! Let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas, I love feedback!!

The music is good, but my character is flickering into different shapes.
That is an issue with Kongregate not clearing its cache after I upload a new version, hopefully this will be resolved soon - I've never seen it take this long. EDIT - I got it worked out, should be good to go now.

Tiny knight, Huge screen! Why?!
Btw, it is not bad but it looks very unpolished and it is a bit boring in the long run. But it has the potential to become a great game if more effort is put in improving it.
Thanks for your feedback - see my above comment regarding the resolution.

1) smoother moving
2) better balance of enemies. to start.
Thanks for your feedback! Smoother moving - do you feel your character moves too slowly? It's supposed to feel a little slow in the beginning to make it accessible for non-gamers, and if you upgrade your boots when you level up you will get the movement speed you're looking for. If you reach boots level 7 there's even a little dust trail that follows you when you move :) Balance - do some of the enemies feel too hard? I tried to keep it interesting by varying their behavior - some just follow, some bounce against walls, some can move through walls, some have ranged attacks. What would you suggest to improve the balance? Thanks again for your feedback, and for playing!!
