It's harder than you first think - fun as hell though. Mr Ozzy, you must have a lot of concentration to get such a high score! ;)

Each level is set up into waves. The number of laser passes in a wave slowly gets higher as the levels progress. At the end of a wave the upgrade panel appears so you can spend your upgrade points. There can be multiple waves in a level which is why it might seem that the upgrade panel is just appearing sporadically.

The game is fun and all but it's annoying when you are happily dodging lasers and the upgrade screen keeps popping up, especially when I have not enough points for the upgrades. It will be better if the upgrade screen appears whenever the player pause. There should also be a shortcut key for the "continue" button so there isn't a need to keep using the mouse when the upgrade screen appears.

Why does the stupid upgrade panel keep coming up? I didn't hit anything to bring it up, and I can't afford any upgrades. And in this keyboard game, I have to reach for the mouse to make it go away. When will you guys learn this lesson? In a keyboard game, offer keyboard shortcuts whenever you can!
