*AMARAN: Permainan ini mengandungi cahaya berkelip, dan mungkin mencetuskan sawan pada mereka yang menghidap Epilepsi Fotosensitif (PSE). Jangan main permainan ini jika anda mudah terkena.*. *Jalan Cerita:* Anda memainkan watak Linda, seorang gadis biasa yang mendengar khabar angin tentang rumah mayat lama yang dikatakan berhantu. Tiada siapa tahu apa yang terjadi kepada ramai pekerja di situ, tetapi lagenda mengatakan mereka dibunuh. Oleh siapa? Linda mahu cari jawapannya, jadi dia pergi ke rumah mayat terpencil itu. Namun tidak lama selepas masuk, keadaan menjadi huru-hara. *Markah:* Markah anda berdasarkan seberapa cepat anda menamatkan permainan, dan berapa banyak 'close call' anda alami. 'Close call' dikira berdasarkan berapa lama anda dekat dengan musuh. Jika markah anda meningkat, musuh sangat hampir. Cuba dapatkan sebanyak mungkin 'close call' tanpa terlalu lama, kerana ini akan menyebabkan Game Over. *SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN:* Permainan ini sangat pendek, dan tidak mempunyai sistem simpanan atau checkpoint. Jika anda mati, anda perlu mula semula.
Cara Bermain
Gunakan kekunci anak panah atau W, A, S, D untuk bergerak, tahan SHIFT untuk berlari, dan gerakkan tetikus untuk melihat sekeliling. Klik kiri untuk berinteraksi/buka pintu, dan tekan TAB untuk jeda. Tekan dan tahan space bar untuk rempuh pintu yang tersekat.

Fairly Small Update:
Changed the windows to make them look more soiled, and they now reflect light.
Added “How To Play” in-game.
Added Fullscreen Mode. :D
(IMPORTANT: Due to the Escape key being reserved for exiting fullscreen, the pause menu is now accessed by pressing TAB. For those of you who were already used to pressing Escape, I apologize. There was no other way to get around this.)

Are they going to release Black Rose 2 ? They should make a continue to this game because it's very cool

I'm working on an expansion to this one, which will extend the game with a "Story Mode". This will hopefully be done soon. And thank you!

I will take inspiration from this game...
I like the women, she is well scary. i want more items in the house as it is after all, a house.... seems to pause at times. usually when loading sound files and upon reading of papers. Other than that, i liked it :)

Yes, I'm not the best when it comes to optimizing games, so there's always the possibility that there might be some performance issues. Yes, I do agree with you on the idea of putting more items in the game. I will definitely head in that direction with my development. Yes, she likes to kill people, she's mean. But it is possible to knock her back into her place. With the...should I say it...alternate ending? ;) Anyway, thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing! :D

I don't know if it's a bug or you changed the way to finish the game, but when I try to escape through the front door, the door doesn't open, and Myrtle ends catching me. The update is nice, but I prefer the old version. I'm a classic guy! Good job!
Oh, dear... Thank you for pointing this out. I've been so scatter-brained lately trying to troubleshoot the problems I was having with uploading the game and it not loading, I forgot to re-activate the exit. D: Not to mention I've always been a rather forgetful person. I've fixed this, and I'm about to upload it. Again, thanks for pointing that out, I can't believe I forgot. Please forgive me for this, I know how frustrating it is when you aren't able to win a game simply because there was a bug. :S
