Cool concept. However, the game becomes trivial when you realize the "food" can go off the edges of the screen but the snake cannot... thus you can just sit in the corner of the map and move once to "teleport" to the other end of the map (repeat endlessly) to make the snake run back and forth forever.
So how does that help you win or achieve a better score?
