Not bad for a made-in-5-hours game, but for establishing it on Kongregate, I think you should spend a bit more time on it - improve the controls, add a mute button, let the difficulty increase slowly giving players a chance to get into the game, e.g.

There needs to be in-game instructions. Controls are a bit hard to use too, the arrow-keys to shoot makes it difficult to aim.
