I think you (the dev) might misunderstand what the category of "time management" actually denotes. While this is an interesting, if incredibly one-dimensional, concept for a game, this is not at all a time-management game and shouldn't be advertised as such. Also, a pretty standard rule of game-making is incentivization. After the novelty wears off, what's my motivation to keep playing? Why do I care? That's something you as a developer are supposed to deliver.
