Everybody has to start somewhere.
I would first fix the enemies going off screen, and make everything a little smoother (Especially the movements).
But for a first game, 3/5

boss or two, different levels with different ships, will be nice.
the simpleness and the easiness to understand and to actually to see what happened is nice and refreshing.
