My version of Kong’s “Shootorial”. First attempt!
Read instructions if you are confused****
Cara Bermain
*[CTRL] triggers your torpedo, which flies back to your ship if you miss. Just release [CTRL]
*[SPACE] triggers an energy burst from your shields, which drains them a bit and has short range. For best results, alternate with torpedo.
- Shields automatically regenerate over time.
*Move your fighter to the left to increase the speed of the game.
*In order to “Advance” in the game, you must be far enough to the left that the boss meter (red bar) shows.
*if you are badly damaged (shields stop glowing), retreat to the right until they regen.
*If an enemy gets past you, it will damage your mothership. If your mothership’s energy bar gets low, your shields will get much weaker. If it runs out, or if you become destroyed, the game is over.

it's really glitchy, you can go backwards off the screen to actually move the screen backwards, and i always die in the first few seconds, whether i get shot or not

Since you are done with your trial (Not sure as to what that means? I will note that I do not code I am just a player lol) I suggest that when you get the opportunity to go back into the dynamics of the game, that you should allow speed control be another set of commands (like F for faster and S to slow down) and then add a pause command with the letter P. From there, I would also suggest that you look into why people will blow up when the ship they destroyed isnt there anymore. I would also suggest that when you get the chance, you extend the blast radious and/or speed of the gun that your shop has so that you can make it a little easier to defend the ship when moving at faster speeds :)
