I found several minor problems.
1st: there is no goal. No goal means: no game, only a toy
2nd: collission detection is not clean. I can "jump" through land and reach the river behind it if the boat speed is high enough.
To make the game a game you could add a starting/end point and count the time. (You should use zones to avoid winning the game by driving backwards.)
Maybe you should fill the white area with green. Some trees, flowers, a car with a trailer, ...
)
thanks for the advice, im a bigginer at making games, its my second time using flash but ill be sure to try some of your advice out in future games i make :D

i know it happened t me,:) if you play the new version called epic swim, that is fixed.. plus i might be releasing a third game called epic swim, map pack
