Enemies dealing damage after their HP reaches zero is very annoying and removes the satisfaction of a quick kill. If I'm able to one-shot a creature, he shouldn't be able to kill me before he dies.

This is actually working as intended, although yeah -- a lot of people have gotten confused by this. I wish I'd done what you described. I always imagined that the characters attacked each other simultaneously. That said, thanks for the feedback, it's something I need to think about!

A few tips: 1. You won't have time to uncover all floors completely, so unless there's a mission you want to complete (to rescue a specific ally or progress one of the quests), go straight for enemy formations and then for the exit. 2. A full party has 4 members, once you have 4, the only reason to spend time rescueing allies is if you want to replace a party member or if you're looking for a specific profession. 3. You don't need to find the exit beforehand. As soon as you kill the enemy that has the key, it will reveal the exit. So always aim for enemy formation when running out of time.

It's not that simultaneous combat is bad or even unpopular; It's that your graphics don't depict simultaneous combat. Change your graphics, not your mechanics.

Enemies attack you when they have 0 HP, seems like a bug.
