How do I claim my coupon?

1. Download Raid Brigade and complete the tutorial:

2. Press the K button on the intro screen.

How can I earn my $3 in free Kreds? Link

Download Raid Brigade on your mobile device (for free) from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Once you see the intro screen, click the red "K" button and sign in to your Kongregate account with your user name and password. You will then see a button to claim your Kreds. Click the button and a code will be emailed to you good for 30 free Kreds.

How long is the free Kreds offer good for? Link

The offer and all Kreds promotional codes will expire on December 14th at 11:59pm PST.

How do I sign in or register on the mobile versions of Raid Brigade? Link

You can do so via the red "K" icon that will show up after you enter the game. Simply click 'sign in' and enter your Kongregate user name & password.

Do I have to sign in or register to earn the Kreds? Link

Yes, otherwise we will not know who you are and cannot email you your code!

How do I get my free Kreds? Link

We will send an email with a code to your registered email address. From that email address you can click to Kongregate.com and redeem your code. The email will arrive within 24 hours however it typically comes much faster.

How many free Kreds codes can I earn? Link

Limit one free Kreds award per Kongregate account and household. Also please remember that Kreds cannot be shared between accounts.

Do I have to use the Kreds in the account I registered or signed in with? Link

No, if you want to send your code as a gift to a friend that is really nice of you, go for it. However please keep in mind only one free Kreds offer can be redeemed per account.

Can I get multiple codes? Link

We suppose you can however you can only redeem one code per Kongregate account.

What if I do not get the email with the free Kreds code? Link

First, check to make sure your email address is valid. If this is not the case you might have to update this in the Preference center on Kongregate.com and try again by logging out of the K panel in the mobile version of Raid Brigade and logging back in. Second, check your spam folder to make sure the email did not get sent there (and while there, please mark our email as not spam). Third, contact support@kongregate.com if you have additional issues. But please make sure you have taken the first two steps first as we will want to verify you have tried these!

What if I can’t play Raid Brigade on my device? Link

We’re sorry but in order to claim a coupon you need to be able access the Kongregate panel from within Raid Brigade. If your device isn’t compatible with the game you will be unable to claim a coupon.
