Grand Theft Auto IV: Flash Version

Okay, this is the basic system of a car control. Now add people, a character, more cars, AI, a city, a story, quests, weapons, weaponstores, a skill-system, helicopters, bikes, money,a health-bar, the ability to save/load the game, day/night change, water and a gang-system. Then you can call it "Grand Theft Auto" Now it's more like "Auto".
