Great game. Suggestions to the Dev: Show more/exact stats, like movement distance, HP, initiative, armor/resistance (and make them easily accessible outside and inside combat without holding click to see details).
Elementals get most XP from doing damage, that makes units fully focused on support level up slower, and damage dealers elementals level up way too fast. I managed to get my fire and wind elementals to lvl 23, while my earth and water got only lvl 18
In early game, Elementals die too fast (1-2hits), hinting the player what's the attack range of enemies would help to avoid unnecessary deaths.
More information about stats and more precise skill descriptions: for example, what's initiative? gives more actions or lets you hit first? for some skills hard to tell what "power" means in the different contexts (flat or percentage)
Let us re-sort skills all the time (can be done only when we have 4+ skills or resetting).
Resetting skills says it takes away 500xp but it doesn't.

not sure if this is a bug or not but if you reset the passive skills from earlier evolution you dont get them back for the higher evolution at least I don't :( but I do love this game :)

Potential to be a great game, but I hate the location of the sleep. It leads me to skipping so many turns because of a twitchy finger. You may as well switch it for the cancel and just have someone click off the character to close the wheel.

Great game! The AI is better than in 90% of commercial released pc games. Would like to see the ability for people to submit their own squads to fight against, so the fun wouldn't have to end! Two thumbs up.
